One of the staff's favourite riesling here! Slight twist on typical riesling, for those willing to take a new path into the riesling. Wine opens up with fresh grapefruit juice with the bits added with notes of orange zest and floral. With excellent acidity, mineral and hint of white flowers still shows that it is a riesling, but as the name says it is off the grid of the normal riesling. Pairs wonderfully with grapefruit / citrus salad or a fresh grilled seafoods. Enjoy Oregon's beautiful natural wine.
