Willamette Valley is the largest wine producing region in Oregon, with it's clear specialism being Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Many have said it is similar to Burgundy, France, in it's style - but we believe Willamette is it's own entity! Many of the wines here will have a stunning minerality to them which is unique to the area. Precision is the word which comes to mind, and this is seriously showcased in the wines we have chosen for you.
Some of our staff's top picks are: Division-Villages Méthode Carbonique (Pinot Noir), by Division Winemaking Co., £28. Eola-Amity Hills Chardonnay, from Cristom, £38
