Gewürztraminer grapes from Clarksburg are co-fermented with raspberries for 5 days, resulting in lovely notes of lychee, grapefruit, white flowers, and a touch of Pinot Noir like raspberry and cranberry. The raspberries come from a neighbouring farm, where overripe fruit is exchanged for wine, extending their purpose and contributing to a greener earth.
