Made in a similar fashion to Burgundy, this wine is lucky to start its life growing in Melon Blanc's favourite soil type - granite. In fact, this is the only vineyard in Willamette with this soil type. The freshness of this wine will go wonderfully with soft cheeses, such as goats or feta. Starting to build up your collection? This wine will keep developing in the bottle for up to 15 years (if you can resist drinking it that is!).
