A bottle made with natural winemaking techniques - very little sulphur, unfined and unfiltered, and 100% wild ferment. It leads to a wine that is undoubtedly rustic, but not in a negative way at all - it's a total charmer. Reminiscent of tasting wine from the barrel, this is a wild and undiluted Gamay with seriously fresh blueberry fruit. There's a natural edge to the wine, nothing funky however, and it jolts youthfully around the palate. Hard not to love this.
