Taking Pinot Noir grapes from one of the cooler plots, Steve treats them like white grapes and presses them whole cluster and ferments as if it were a white wine. After fermentation he adds some fully developed Pinot Noir from barrels destined for red wines to add further intensity and colour. A deliciously grown up and food friendly rosé.
