This wine is fresh and all about its juicy fruit. But that's not all it offers: the blackberries and raspberries are joined by a touch of pepper and earthiness, adding a little more body and complexity to the blend. This is an unfined and unfiltered wine (there may be some sediment at the bottom of the bottle): organic and natural are your key words here! The well balanced acidity makes it a great food wine, great with almost anything! We would go for a Moroccan dish, maybe a lamb meatball tagine or couscous with roasted vegetables.
