This traditional method sparkling from J Vineyards comes from Sonoma's cool climate sub-AVA Russian River Valley. Started by Judy Jordan in 1994, J Vineyards is today headed by winemaker Nicole Hitchcock. Classic ripe red apple and lemon meringue flavours are joined by a rich, complex texture and wonderful ginger spice.
