Greg Brewer from Brewer-Clifton produces wines using sustainable and organic farming methods, which show a recognition of place with as little disturbance, distraction or interference as possible. His wines are beautiful to drink now, but are made to last and can be cellared and enjoyed for up to 15 years. The Diatom Chardonnay shows beautiful aromas of lemon, citrus blossom and a saline minerality. It is precise and balanced, and the minerality on the palette is joined by white peach and other stone fruits.
